Despite this, our review of 66 city resilience plans from all over the world finds that most fail to include comprehensive sets of efficiency and renewable energy strategies.<\/p><p>We rate the plans for both types of initiatives, identify the most widespread strategies, and highlight efforts to improve energy equity.
