Este documento de an\u00e1lisis ampl\u00eda los beneficios de las perspectivas de nuestros expertos a trav\u00e9s de una instant\u00e1nea de los acontecimientos, desarrollos y previsiones de la industria para ayudar a informar la estrategia energ\u00e9tica.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Las tecnolog\u00edas de almacenamiento de energ\u00eda de larga duraci\u00f3n (LDES, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) pueden ayudar a resolver los posibles problemas de resistencia del sistema a medida que el sector energ\u00e9tico sigue aumentando su dependencia de las fuentes de energ\u00eda renovables variables. El despliegue puede depender de las pol\u00edticas energ\u00e9ticas, la geograf\u00eda, la disponibilidad de recursos, los requisitos de resistencia y fiabilidad del sistema, la infraestructura existente, el coste de las LDES y el nivel de preparaci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda (TRL).\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Alcanzar los objetivos de descarbonizaci\u00f3n requiere una mano de obra s\u00f3lida para construir, actualizar y reparar las infraestructuras nuevas y existentes del sector energ\u00e9tico. Sin embargo, la oferta de trabajadores cualificados puede ser insuficiente para satisfacer la futura demanda de mano de obra de la construcci\u00f3n necesaria para los nuevos activos de energ\u00eda limpia. EPRI ha identificado estrategias potenciales para ayudar a abordar las carencias de mano de obra previstas, centradas en el crecimiento y la formaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La mejora de la gesti\u00f3n del final de la vida \u00fatil (EOL) de las tecnolog\u00edas energ\u00e9ticas ser\u00e1 clave para reducir los residuos, aumentar la reutilizaci\u00f3n de materiales, apoyar las econom\u00edas circulares, maximizar la gesti\u00f3n medioambiental y de los recursos, proporcionar un valor financiero adicional.
