These types of energy resilience challenges draw remote and island communities across the country to the U.S. Department of Energy&#8217;s (DOE) Energy Transitions Initiative Partnership Project (ETIPP).<\/p><p>ETIPP provides each community with a tailored team of energy resilience experts\u2014including those at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL)\u2014to help them target local energy goals.
