With a tenth of the world\u2019s population, physical assets and cultural sites located in less than 10 meters above sea level, coastal cities are disproportionately affected by sea level rise, and other compounding climate and ocean-driven impacts, experiencing cascading negative effects when these collisions of shocks and stresses occur.
