According to the\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/energy-system\/renewables\/solar-pv\"><span style=\"background: #FAFAFA;\">IEA<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #263238; background: #FAFAFA;\">, in 2023, solar PV alone accounted for three-quarters of renewable capacity additions worldwide. Yet most of the solar panels installed so far lie on land, which pose crucial issues for land use particularly in countries where land is at a premium.
