Si bien los FHDN pueden ser una soluci\u00f3n para los silos de datos y las preocupaciones de privacidad en el cuidado de la salud y, adem\u00e1s, permiten el aprendizaje federado y, por lo tanto, mayores estudios cl\u00ednicos y de poblaci\u00f3n, el establecimiento y la operaci\u00f3n de tales redes pueden presentar numerosos desaf\u00edos.<\/p><p>Health data is highly sensitive, and subject to strict regulations and privacy rights.
