Por este motivo, se ha investigado la viabilidad de una soluci\u00f3n de enfriamiento compacta y comercialmente disponible capaz de mantener el ambiente interior de una caja el\u00e9ctrica en temperaturas seguras, incluso cuando el entorno exterior supera los 60\u00b0C (140\u00b0F). Para este prop\u00f3sito, tres diferentes sistemas de enfriamiento termoel\u00e9ctricos fueron evaluados, seleccionados por su potencial para operar con condiciones t\u00e9rmicas elevadas, bajo costo y autonom\u00eda, sin requerir fuentes externas de refrigerante.<\/p><p lang=\"es\" style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"es\" style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"es\" style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Los m\u00e9todos alternativos de enfriamiento, tales como los sistemas de v\u00f3rtice, intercambiadores de agua, acondicionadores de aire de gabinete o enfriadores Stirling, fueron descartados por diversas limitaciones relacionadas con la complejidad, costos o incapacidad de operar en las dimensiones f\u00edsicas y condiciones t\u00e9rmicas requeridas. En cambio, la refrigeraci\u00f3n termoel\u00e9ctrica destac\u00f3 por su simplicidad de operaci\u00f3n y disponibilidad; sin embargo, su baja eficiencia y la necesidad imperiosa de disipar el calor generado en el lado caliente del m\u00f3dulo condicionaron la eficacia del enfriamiento. Las pruebas con los tres modelos de termoelectricos \u2014incluyendo un enfriador con placa fr\u00eda integrada y otros m\u00f3dulos independientes con disipadores de calor\u2014 evidenciaron que ninguno logr\u00f3 mantener la temperatura interna de seguridad cuando la temperatura ambiental lleg\u00f3 a 60\u00b0C, con excepci\u00f3n parcial del modelo CP-130HT que alcanz\u00f3 una estabilidad cercana pero insuficiente a 40\u00b0C durante un tiempo limitado.<\/p><p lang=\"es\" style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"es\" style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"es\" style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Estos resultados sugieren que la principal restricci\u00f3n proviene de la inadecuada disipaci\u00f3n del calor en el lado caliente de los m\u00f3dulos termoel\u00e9ctricos, limitando as\u00ed la capacidad neta de enfriamiento. De este modo, se se\u00f1al\u00f3 que implementar disipadores de calor mejorados, ventilaci\u00f3n forzada con ventiladores adecuados y configuraciones alternativas de m\u00f3dulos podr\u00edan potencialmente optimizar el rendimiento en futuras iteraciones. Adicionalmente, se reconoce que mejorar el aislamiento t\u00e9rmico del recinto y minimizar fugas por accesos puede contribuir a reducir la carga t\u00e9rmica. Por \u00faltimo, se recomienda investigar otras tecnolog\u00edas que fueron inicialmente descartadas, as\u00ed como experimentar con la modulaci\u00f3n de voltaje y disposici\u00f3n en serie o paralelo de m\u00f3dulos termoel\u00e9ctricos, contemplando tambi\u00e9n la necesidad de materiales y componentes compatibles con altas temperaturas para evitar deterioros como la corrosi\u00f3n observada en las pruebas.<\/p><p lang=\"es\" style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"es\" style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"es\" style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">En t\u00e9rminos generales, el estudio aporta valiosos aprendizajes sobre las limitaciones actuales de los sistemas termoel\u00e9ctricos comerciales para aplicaciones de enfriamiento en entornos industriales con altas temperaturas ambientales. Aunque no se logr\u00f3 validar una soluci\u00f3n final que garantice la temperatura operativa segura en las condiciones evaluadas, las observaciones ofrecen un punto de partida para continuar profundizando en la optimizaci\u00f3n de la gesti\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica de cajas el\u00e9ctricas en plantas de energ\u00eda avanzadas. En ambientes con temperaturas internas superiores a 60\u00b0C, mantener un ambiente fr\u00edo dentro de cajas el\u00e9ctricas es una tarea compleja debido a las limitaciones t\u00e9rmicas de los componentes est\u00e1ndar, cuyo m\u00e1ximo operativo es 40\u00b0C. Frente a esto, se evaluaron tecnolog\u00edas de refrigeraci\u00f3n comercial para determinar su eficiencia en asegurar dichos l\u00edmites t\u00e9rmicos. Tras analizar m\u00faltiples tecnolog\u00edas, la refrigeraci\u00f3n termoel\u00e9ctrica fue seleccionada por su capacidad aut\u00f3noma y potencial adaptaci\u00f3n a entornos calurosos. Tres sistemas termoel\u00e9ctricos diferentes fueron probados en un recinto con aislamiento de aerogel y ventilaci\u00f3n adicional. Ninguno logr\u00f3 mantener la temperatura interior dentro del rango seguro durante las pruebas realizadas a 60\u00b0C de temperatura ambiente; sin embargo, uno de ellos mostr\u00f3 desempe\u00f1o prometedor al acercarse a estabilizarse justo por encima del l\u00edmite de 40\u00b0C. Los fallos se atribuyeron principalmente a la insuficiente disipaci\u00f3n del calor, lo que produjo sobrecalentamiento del lado caliente del m\u00f3dulo y, en consecuencia, un aumento en la temperatura interna. Se propone que la mejora de los disipadores t\u00e9rmicos y el uso de ventiladores adecuados, adem\u00e1s de optimizar el aislamiento, pueden mejorar los resultados en ensayos posteriores. Asimismo, explorar otras tecnolog\u00edas inicialmente descartadas podr\u00eda ser provechoso. La investigaci\u00f3n ofrece valiosas indicaciones para el desarrollo de soluciones de enfriamiento rentables, suficientemente robustas para aplicar componentes el\u00e9ctricos comerciales en ambientes con altas temperaturas
