Desde finales del siglo pasado, pa\u00edses como Jap\u00f3n, Canad\u00e1 y China han desarrollado robots de operaci\u00f3n en tensi\u00f3n que evolucionaron en tres generaciones: equipos sin sensores visuales auxiliares dependientes de la observaci\u00f3n directa, sistemas maestro-esclavo con sensores de posicionamiento y, m\u00e1s recientemente, manipuladores hidr\u00e1ulicos de 6 grados de libertad. Pese a estos avances, la mayor\u00eda de los prototipos permanece en fase de validaci\u00f3n de laboratorio, limitada por dos cuellos de botella: la falta de esquemas maduros de bloqueo ante errores de operaci\u00f3n y aislamiento integral, y la baja eficiencia derivada del reemplazo frecuente de herramientas y del ajuste manual previo de la posici\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo antes de iniciar la captura de datos.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"LineBreakBlob BlobObject DragDrop SCXO62934716 BCX4\"><span class=\"SCXO62934716 BCX4\">\u00a0<\/span><br class=\"SCXO62934716 BCX4\" \/><\/span><span class=\"LineBreakBlob BlobObject DragDrop SCXO62934716 BCX4\"><span class=\"SCXO62934716 BCX4\">\u00a0<\/span><br class=\"SCXO62934716 BCX4\" \/><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXO62934716 BCX4\" lang=\"ES-CO\" xml:lang=\"ES-CO\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXO62934716 BCX4\">Para responder a estas limitaciones, se construy\u00f3 una plataforma rob\u00f3tica de 20 grados de libertad montada sobre un veh\u00edculo tipo ara\u00f1a con orugas y aislamiento total, equipado con brazos telesc\u00f3picos, una unidad de elevaci\u00f3n vertical independiente y dos manipuladores <\/span><span class=\"SpellingError SCXO62934716 BCX4\" aria-invalid=\"spelling\">insulados<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXO62934716 BCX4\"> de 6 grados de libertad. El tiempo promedio de operaci\u00f3n del sistema rob\u00f3tico se ubic\u00f3 cerca de 1,74 horas, por debajo del promedio manual documentado de referencia de 2,25 horas, aunque los autores advierten que esta comparaci\u00f3n no constituye evidencia estad\u00edstica rigurosa por las diferencias en las condiciones de prueba. Adicionalmente, la incorporaci\u00f3n de retroalimentaci\u00f3n visual de fuerza elev\u00f3 la tasa de \u00e9xito en tareas de sujeci\u00f3n y pelado de cable, pasando de un rango de 40 a 50% a 18 de 20 intentos exitosos entre operadores novatos. Sobre esta base se estructura un marco de seguridad de cuatro dimensiones, que abarca aislamiento, comunicaci\u00f3n resistente a interferencias, prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos en la interacci\u00f3n humano-m\u00e1quina y supervisi\u00f3n del proceso completo, con alertas tempranas y bloqueo de movimiento. Las pruebas de campo en l\u00edneas reales de 10 kV confirmaron un posicionamiento estable y ning\u00fan incidente de seguridad durante los ensayos, con un error m\u00e1ximo de posicionamiento de 4,4 mm y tiempos de operaci\u00f3n en torno a 1,74 horas frente a un promedio manual de referencia de 2,25 horas. El estudio ofrece una alternativa t\u00e9cnica concreta para avanzar hacia el mantenimiento no tripulado de redes de
